Elements 303 is a private bush lodge located inside Elements Private Golf Reserve in Bela Bela (Bela-Bela), Limpopo, South Africa.

  • Usage data (once enabled): pages viewed, device info, and interactions collected by Google Analytics 4 (GA4) using cookies/identifiers.

  • Technical: IP address is processed by our hosting/analytics providers for security and measurement.

3) Why we collect it

  • To respond to enquiries, provide quotes, manage bookings, and deliver guest support.

  • To maintain, protect, and improve our website and understand interest in our lodge and offers.

4) Legal basis

  • Legitimate interests (POPIA) for responding to enquiries and running/securely operating our website.

  • Consent for non-essential cookies/analytics, enabled only after you accept our cookie banner.

  • We process personal information under POPIA on the basis of legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries, run and secure our website, and improve our services).

  • Where we use non-essential cookies/analytics, we rely on your consent (you can withdraw it anytime through our cookie settings).

  • We use a consent banner. Analytics cookies are off until you accept.

We use Wix (website host) and Google Analytics (analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under their privacy terms. We don’t sell personal information.
